About the event
On the last new moon, Hanukkah and the Winter Solstice converged—a sacred union of shadow and light. We lit the menorah, sang Nalini Blossoms’ “We Are Sisters,” and journeyed through a labyrinth of candles, each step illuminated by song, reflection, and intention.

About The Instructor:
Lauren Pesarchuk is a Coquitlam resident on Kwikwetlam First Nation territory with English and Polish ancestry. A mom, massage therapist, and nature-lover who enjoys dancing and baking, she moved to the area with her husband and two kids just before the pandemic. Her family's experience with three cancer diagnoses during the pandemic inspired their healing journey and her desire to create a women's circle.
