About The Program:
Using the established At the Well format, we will dive into topics and activities that will nourish our souls, heal our wounds and remind ourselves of our wholeness.
About The Instructor:
Lauren Pesarchuk is a Coquitlam resident on Kwikwetlam First Nation territory with English and Polish ancestry. A mom, massage therapist, and nature-lover who enjoys dancing and baking, she moved to the area with her husband and two kids just before the pandemic. Her family's experience with three cancer diagnoses during the pandemic inspired their healing journey and her desire to create a women's circle.
