Join experienced physical education educator Michael Iserlis for an exciting morning of movement, teamwork, and games designed for children ages 8 to 15, but can accommodate everyone!
Inspired by the spirit of the Maccabia games, each session includes:
*A group warm-up
*Sports stations focused on agility, accuracy, strength, and endurance
*Team-building challenges
*Fun, friendly team games
